Our heating unit went out on one of the coldest days ever - and of course, when we had record snowfall. I called Anthony and honestly was expecting he would tell us he could come out some time after all the snow melted. Not too long after the call, I heard a knock on the door - it was Anthony! He trudged through the snow in our yard and immediately diagnosed the problem. Although he didn't have the needed part on hand, he ordered it that same day and in less than three days, we were up and running again. I'm sure it would have been faster had the part been available. I'm so grateful for his timeliness, professionalism, and commitment to getting our heating unit repaired!

Just wanted to show our appreciation for and that is Lindsey’s Service Company or Lindsey heating and air conditioning. Our 20+ year air conditioner finally gave up at our rental property. I must say that I have been in the trades for quite sometime and their customer service has left nothing to be desired. Not only did they come out and assess the unit at 7pm they had a new one installed in 3 days at a very fair and affordable price. Their crew lead Travis and his helper made short work of removing and reinstalling the new unit. They also set up portable a/c units while we waited the couple days to get the equipment at no charge. I definitely recommend Lindsey’s if you are considering a new HVAC unit.

I would highly recommend Lindsey’s service company. We use them initially to repair the central air conditioning system it wasn’t cooling. They were the only company that did the diagnostic correctly and got it fixed. So when I decided to replace or central heat and air are called them they gave me a good price scheduled it installed it quickly and so far so good.

Anthony is atop of customer service in his industry! These guys are not using anything for an excuse and went above and beyond. In this ice, sleet, snow event here in February of 2021, Anthony got to us just before 10pm to get our heat back up and running. He had his technician at our house in about an hour. I can not recommend these guys enough for their services.

Anthony and his crew did a phenomenal job. Not only were they the most competitive bid, but they overcame the many HVAC challenges associated with an old victorian home install. I highly recommend.

Only company we trust with our unit!I would highly recommend Anthony and his staff to anyone. They have excellent customer service and are always very professional. They are also extremely thorough, knowledgeable and dependable.We had to call them out for a problem one weekend and he was there in a flash and had us fixed up in no time.If you’re looking for someone you can trust then Lindsey’s it is!

Guys we're super professional and reasonable. Gave options about what all could be done. Ended up with a new central unit with these guys. They were very upfront about cost and there was no surprises at the end. They cleaned up after the job was done. Best of all the new unit is saving my household money it is slowly paying for itself. Would not hesitate to do business with them again. If you are looking for good guys that shoot you straight that do a professional HVAC work these are your guys.
